August 2nd (MISA Yoga camp commentary 2011)

Meditations
14:00 – 14:30  Exemplification: Evoking and communion with the great philosopher and yogi Swami Shivananda.
Here's the wikipedia entry for said swami for a different perspective on the man.
And here's the MISA version of the presentation of the meditation and why it's important.

21:00 – 21:30  Exemplification: The ecstatic state of plenitude that is triggered in our being by the total abandonment to the divine love.
MISA presentation of the meditation.
Note the grandiose and extra long title. That's necessary because if a title is really-really long than you can be sure it's authentic and true. Never mind that MISA or anyone has never even been able to prove that their version of a divine exists let alone that it' a loving one.
I also would like to take the opportunity to recommend you a video (it's also long if you're into that sort of thing) that discusses the loving and benevolent god problem and why it's unlikely that such a god exists.

Spiritual activities
Something entitled "Viewing" in the newly renamed blue hall from 22:00 – 23:30. The blue hall is probably the hall above the canteen of the Costineşti ashram that has a blue carpet. If they haven't changed anything this was the only thing that was blue in it. But blue is such a nice and calm color don't you think. It's such a nice name too.
Now I may not know all of these events so bear with me when that happens but this usually means watching a movie together with the mandatory consecration beforehand. And not any movie. A movie hand picked by the master for this day and for the people that will be participating in this viewing. The movie even though it's made by the evil film industry of some far away country (I've never seen a Romanian movie shown in these events, but if there have been please let me know in the comments, as well as the title of the movies if possible). The movies are either downloaded from the internet or recorded straight form the tv. I remember one year we watched a movie that had the Romanian state tv station's logo in the upper right corner.
The movies are usually about something deemed spiritual or some crazy conspiracy theory "documentary". A part of the movies are some obscure foreign movie or an Indian Bollywood style movie. A list of similar movies can be found here or here (this is the unofficial MISA video selection on blogger).

Next day
